BEHIND THE SCENES

Bringing the Lambdoma into resonance is a complex and collaborative process.

From transport and assembly to recording and performance preparation, each project involves careful coordination, technical precision, and collective effort.

The Process

The sculpture travels in multiple custom transport cases and is assembled on site by an experienced team over several days.

Installation involves constructing the frame, mounting the grid, sorting and hanging each tube, and preparing the acoustic and technical setup.

Recording sessions add another layer of preparation — including microphone placement, lighting, and spatial planning.

A Human Dimension

This section offers glimpses into the working process behind the project:

moments of construction, collaboration, experimentation, and shared time.

Photographs and time-lapse recordings reveal the Lambdoma not only as an instrument, but as a living artistic process shaped by many hands.

Behind every performance lies a story of preparation, care, and collaboration — an essential part of bringing the Lambdoma into sound.
